Pediatric Services
Centrus understands that finding the best homecare treatment for a child is not
only important, but essential to his or her progress. From educational training
for parents and family members to 24-hour complex clinical care, Centrus offers
quality service with a compassionate touch.
Our clinical homecare staff includes some of the most qualified healthcare
professionals. Each is highly skilled and must undergo a comprehensive
screening process consisting of personal interviews, skill evaluations, and
background checks.
Our Process
Our Comprehensive Clinical Case Manager will work with the patient’s primary

Fiberoptic Phototherapy
Centrus was the first homecare provider in Massachusetts to offer a
comprehensive home fiberoptic phototherapy program to families of infants
diagnosed with hyperbilirubinemia. Using a special panel designed to emit
fiberoptic light, this technology eliminates the need for heavy equipment and
allows families to keep their newborns at home. Centrus provides daily skilled
nursing visits to assist with this treatment so families are assured that their
newborn is receiving proper medical care along with the nurturing he/she needs.
