How do I get started?
1. What services does Centrus
provide in the home? Centrus provides you or your loved one with specialty home care
services including, but not limited to, maternal/child health visits, fiber
optic phototherapy, chemotherapy, physical therapy, infusion nursing, and other
specialized programs.

2. What areas do you service? Centrus
services the entire state of Massachusetts. Our offices are located in Plymouth,
Franklin, Newton, Reading, and Springfield.

3. Does Centrus provide
after-hours support in case of an emergency? Centrus’ staff is available around-the-clock -
24-hours a day, 7 days a week. Our on-call service provides support to our
families and staff members with emergencies or other urgent problems.

4. What makes Centrus different
from other home care providers? We constantly strive to bring you the best service in
the industry. In addition to being available 24-hours a day, 7 days a week,
Centrus is Medicare and Medicaid certified. We are also a member of the National
Association of Home Care and the Home & Health Care Association of
Massachusetts.

professionals does Centrus employ? Centrus employs highly qualified and trained
professionals, including RNs, LPNs, Physical Therapists, Occupational
Therapists, Speech Therapists, and Certified Home Health Aides.

6. How do I know if your
employees are qualified to care for me or my loved one? All Centrus employees undergo a thorough
screening process consisting of an extensive interview, skill evaluations and
tests, professional reference checks, and a criminal background check. Our
entire clinical staff is also bonded and fully insured.

7. How much do your services
cost? The
cost of service varies on a case-by-case basis. Centrus coordinates billing with
most long-term and private insurance companies. Please contact our Central
Intake Department for more information on accepted payers by calling
800-698-8200.
